After ordering, you will receive a preview of your artwork by e-mail within 24 hours. You can approve or reject it. If you disapprove, you can still add comments to improve the picture until you are 100% satisfied. You can even send in a new photo if you really don't like it.

This is certainly possible. You can add up to 5 people to one portrait when ordering. Do you want more than 5 persons in one portrait? Then contact our customer service for a special request ;)

Yes, you can enter the date of birth and/or death in the personal text or date of birth box.

If you do not want a name on your portrait, just leave the box empty.

1.) The photo should have good lighting. Preferably natural lighting.

2.) Take the photo from up close and from the front. Clear, sharp photos from the front give the best results

3.) Avoid blurry or dark photos.

You will receive your artwork for approval through mail within 4 hours. We deliver on average within 1-2 working days after approval of your portrait. The total delivery time from ordering until receiving your portrait should take 3-4 days.

For 1 Family Frame, we charge £4.95 shipping costs. From 2 Family Frames, you get free shipping!

You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, we have often already started to draw your portrait and there is a £9.95 drawing/cancellation fee per person drawn.

Because the nature of our product is unique to your order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns after delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service, so that we can still satisfy your needs
